gregory e. fassler, esq.
A native of LaFayette, New York, Greg was born on June 17, 1982. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from SUNY Geneseo, with a minor in Spanish. Greg earned a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2007 with a concentration in Health Law.
After law school, Greg worked for Thomson-Reuters/West Publishing as an Attorney-Editor on their Litigation team. In 2009, he became associated with a Buffalo-based law firm, focused primarily on Social Security Disability law. Greg was based in Rochester and served the Rochester clientele.
Greg joined Modica & Associates on September 18, 2010. He practices in all areas within the firm’s expertise including labor and employment, whistleblower, disability benefit (including New York State Retirement System Disability Pension cases), workers’ compensation, work place accident and personal injury cases. He represents employers who have been assessed with penalties by the New York State Department of Labor.
Greg and his wife Kylee live in Webster with their son Wesley and their cat, Willow.
