gregory e. fassler, esq.
A native of LaFayette, NY Greg was born on June 17, 1982. He went on to receive his undergraduate education at SUNY Geneseo, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with a minor in Spanish. Greg continued his education at Albany Law School, and in 2007 earned his law degree with a concentration in Health Law.
Following his graduation from law school, Greg began working for Thomson-Reuters/West Publishing Co. as an Attorney-Editor on their Litigation team. In 2009, he became associated with a Buffalo-based law firm, focused primarily on Social Security Disability law. Greg was based in Rochester and served the Rochester clientele.
At Modica & Associates, Greg continues to focus his practice in Social Security Disability law. He also handles Workers' Compensation, New York State Retirement System Disability Pension and employment law cases.
Greg and his wife Kylee live in Webster with their son Wesley and their cat, Willow.
